locale-gen

设置一个Locale显示中文
/etc/env.d/02locale

LANG="zh_CN.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="C"

在~/.bashrc中设置用户级的系统locale
export LANG="zh_CN.UTF-8"
export LC_COLLATE="C"

env-update && source /etc/profile

基于livecd 20230122安装的系统，不能完全变成中文,在KDE语言设置一项中，不能添加语言。通过设置locale也不行，现在系统，一半英文，一半中文。
